How long have you been in business?
Although we are a relatively new company, we have over 20 years professional cleaning experience. FILC was created due to the frustration of the owners, who were sick and tired of working for cleaning companies that set either low or no standards with regards to the end results. FILC is a professional company with exceptionally high standards and employ only fully trained and highly experienced cleaners who share it's passion for outstanding results.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We always provide professional cleaning equipment and products on every clean. If you have a particular mark or stain, we will source the correct product to remove it each and every time, and if we can't we'll let you know in advance.
What do you love most about your job?
Perfection and happy customers; we believe these go hand in hand. There's nothing more satisfying than seeing a customers face when they see the quality of our work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Poor performance from other companies that we've worked for in the past and the desire to create a cleaning company that always strives for perfection.

Although we may not be the cheapest, we honestly believe that we are one of the best cleaning companies within the geographical areas in which we operate. We operate a unique 145 point check list which is gone through at the end of every clean ensuring our standards are met or exceeded each and every time, and to date we have a record of 100% customer satisfaction .
