How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
On the first session there is a detailed consultation to determine the clients goals then a planned sessions are put in place as well as home workout plans and support sent to the client
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
That all depends on what the body of your dreams is ie muscular toned strong
But training and nutrition can be adapted to all
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people’s reactions to their results and helping people overcome things they once thought they couldn’t do
What inspired you to start your own business?
I already work self employed as a health care assistant during which time I qualified as
Level 2 instructor
Level 3 personal trainer
Boxercise instructor
Kids boxercise instructor
To enable me to follow another passion part time
