Having ignored a football related calf injury for far too long I finally decided to seek treatment, and I am very glad I did. Danielle has been excellent right from her initial assessment and diagnosis to deep tissue massages to constructing a programme of stretches for me to do to help with healing and preventing further injuries. My foot had swollen up from the strain of too much sport. Adam taught me to tape it up and showed me what stretches to do as I was determined to do the race. I had a one hour's massage yesterday with Adam after feeling stiff in my neck and shoulders from accumulative issues. He dissuaded me from having a treatment for 48 hours; he told me what I should do in the mean time and to keep vigilant for the signs of a trapped nerve. The massage was deep and thorough, and I was pleasantly surprised that the treatment itself lasted a full hour, rather than needing to be out of the studio within 60 minutes.
