We've had a great experience with our 2-year-old rescue, Snoopy, and our new puppy, Minnie. They've been super helpful and responsive whenever we've had questions or needed to adjust our scheduled days. The convenience of the tracking link and hour slot for collection/drop-off is a huge plus. I was initially a bit anxious about leaving Snoopy at daycare, but they've put my mind at ease. They provide video updates throughout the day, and it's evident that they take good care of him. Overall, it's been a straightforward and positive experience. We feel confident leaving our dogs in their care, and both Snoopy and Minnie seem happy with their visits. More...

Hello everyone!
I would like to use this as an opportunity to express my high admiration and gratitude to the team and highly recommend Fetch&Retrieve for all types of services they provide.
Our cooperation and a path of trust started in May this year, I am entirely satisfied with how Hugo (my Frenchie) is kept during the day care. Hugo has also attended the Champion Program for well-manners and discipline for 2 weeks with Kim and learned all of the essentials which puppies need to be aware of.
This is a team of professionals, people who truly love and admire their job, and most importantly - dogs! Hugo always goes with great pleasure to the daycare and welcomes warmly every member of the team who picks him up and drops him off.
If you want your dog to socialize, behave better and stay happy when you (the owner) are not around - do contact those guys!

We had a fantastic experience with Fetch & Retrieve looking after our lively Pomsky on multiple occasions (Daycare and overnight boarding)! They are a super friendly bunch, very professional, provide fantastic service, reasonable pricing and you can tell they genuinely love dogs - what more can you want from the service looking after your precious furry baby!? They create a WhatsApp group for you and your dog handlers so you are kept updated throughout of the day (and evening) with videos on how your dog is and also provide tracking links and times in real time on when your dog is getting picked up and dropped off. Honestly, we couldn't be happier after trying these guys for the first time and now use them whenever we need our dog to be looked after!! 5 stars+++!!! :) More...

My Doberman puppy Yuna has been attending the daycare at F&R since she was 3 months old. We wanted to find a solution for her to learn to be alone very gradually (and not be left alone for long periods of time at such a young age) and to socialise properly. With F&R I definitely couldn’t be happier in that aspect. She loves the people there and she plays with dogs from different breeds, ages and sizes. I was able to teach her to be alone at a comfortable pace and she’s now the friendliest and most confident of pups (she is now 7 months and I get comments everyday on how friendly and well behaved she is). I genuinely believe it’s thanks to F&R. I receive videos everyday she’s there. They have an understanding of dog behaviour that is really reassuring. The service is also extremely convenient: the pick up and drop off at home has been extremely helpful for us, especially given our work schedules always change unexpectedly. I have already recommended the service to dog owners in my residence and can’t recommend it enough :) More...

Absolutely top notch doggy day care service. Your dog will be with safest hands. Lionel is only 1.8kg, and the knwoledgeable team handles the situation very well.
I receive pick up window, instructions, and drop off window, voa "school bus" :) You'll receive plenty of pictures and videos, which is very reassuring and heart warming.

I recently enrolled my Cockapoo puppy in the board and train program with Fetch and Retrieve, and it was one of the best decisions I've made.
Kim, the trainer, was amazing and truly went above and beyond to help my puppy with his obedience training. Kim was patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, passionate about what she does.
My puppy made tremendous progress under her care and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. When I picked up my puppy, I was amazed at the positive changes in his behaviour. He was well-behaved, obedient, and much more confident.
I highly recommend Fetch and Retrieve to anyone who is looking for premium dog training services. Kim and the team exceeded my expectations, and I am so grateful for their expertise and dedication to my puppy. 5 stars all around!

What do you love most about your job?
What we love most about our job is making a positive difference in the lives of the dogs we care for and their owners. It brings us great joy to see a previously anxious or misbehaving dog transform into a happy and well-behaved companion and to see the relief and happiness on their owner's face.
We also take great pride in offering services that cater to each dog's specific needs, from doggy daycare to obedience training, behaviour modification, and welfare advice. Every day is different, and we enjoy the challenge of creating bespoke solutions that work for each dog and its owner.
Overall, we feel incredibly fortunate to work with dogs every day and to be able to make a positive impact on their lives. It's truly a rewarding and fulfilling job, and we are grateful for the opportunity to do what we love.
What inspired you to start your own business?
At Fetch & Retrieve, our inspiration for starting our own business came from a shared passion for dogs and a desire to provide the best possible care for them. We noticed a gap in the market for a more personalised dog service catering to each dog's needs, and we wanted to fill that gap.
As avid dog lovers and owners ourselves, we understand the importance of providing high-quality care beyond the basics of food and exercise. Our expert trainers will work with you to create a bespoke package while your dog is our care. Staying in the home of the trainer between 2-4 weeks our experts can overcome all manner of training challenges!
In-Home Boarding
While you are away, your dog will stay in comfort in the home of one of our skilled and caring sitters. You will receive regular updates, and the experience will be tailored to your dog's needs, making for an enriching stay.
