What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
There are many elements in photography that come together to make an image be considered “good”. Elements like lighting, the rule of thirds, lines, shapes, texture, patterns, and colour all work well together to add interest and a great deal of composition in photographs.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I would initially need a location to initially check the area and airspace for viability. I would also need a detailed brief which would include how many people would be involved and where uninvolved people would likely present a safety risk. There are many factors that need to be accounted for which we take care of.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people face to face again, being outdoors and combining my love for aviation and the outdoors.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My background is both Military and Corporate in nature, having served 7 years in the British Army and a further 22 years in Global IT management, I have attained the perfect skill set to deliver above and beyond time and time again for my clients.

I have been operating UAV aircraft for around 30 years and I hold the GVC and A2 CofC qualifications issued by the CAA for commercial operations which is also accompanied with full commercial liability insurance of £5,000,000. So you can be absolutely sure I can accomodate any project requirement to the highest of safety standards.
I can provide a full end-to-end capture and edit service to cover any requirement or project from Survey Mapping, Weddings and Corporate events, Property Promotions to Building Construction, Search and Rescue to News Reports.

I am able to provide a full editing service or any GIS mapping data processing that may be required. I provide all my data to clients via secure cloud server.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated and will carry masks and hand sanitizer should a client request to do so.

We use PIX4D Mapper Enterprise, a professional grade surveying software to process complex data sets captured by drone to assist clients in high accuracy geolocation data to manage construction projects. This process saves approximately 80% on time and manpower and delivers exceptional detail and data at a fraction of the cost.

AERIAL ROOF INSPECTIONS
High resolution aerial photography is the ideal way to inspect and survey roofs. Using drones we can access hard-to-reach places, inspecting your roof for damaged tiles or slates, moss build-up or storm damage. We can also inspect previous or new repairs. Our agile drones can navigate the valleys and parapets of a roof that cannot be viewed from the ground. Aerial photography is especially useful for inspecting heritage buildings and churches where damage to the roof can result in further damage to the fabric of the building.
