it's not often that I can honestly recommend anybody to do pretty much anything, and actually have a 100% confidence that they are the right person for the job. Joanna, however, is one of those really rare gems! She has done an amazing job befriending our (generally antisocial) kitty almost instantly, and carried on hanging out with him and caring for him. Daily she was sending us tons of pictures and videos which really warmed our hearts, as we could see that he was not only fine, but he actually seemed to fall in love with her :D it was also the very first time that we have seen him actually happy and relaxed after not seeing us for over a week. Excellent experience. Couldn’t have asked for better. Joanna was kind and comforting to my two furbabies. So much so they hardly noticed I’d gone. Trustworthy hands!
