Q&As

I love to see the changes and progress that my clients make during their therapy, as a result of a good therapeutic relationship.

I have become a very reflective practitioner, and with time I really wanted to provide a counselling service that fit with my therapeutic model and practice. This could be achieved if I could work as an independent practitioner, being able to provide a service which suited the individual needs of the clients. I wanted the freedom to be able to offer long term as well as short term therapy and work with a wide range of presenting issues that I have the experience of working with from several years of training.

"I am an experienced counsellor, who has worked with many presenting problems. I work within a professional Well Being Clinic and have an extensive network in counselling, and I can signpost and refer if it is necessary to other specialized services. I believe that every person and their needs are unique and thus your counselling therapy will be tailored to your individual needs. I can help you to explore your current difficulties in your life to help you to resolve them. I can also help you to process experiences from your past (if appropriate) and/or work towards your future goals and aspirations. My approach includes person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). "
