Hypnotherapy

Camilla is so kind and welcoming. She got to know and understand me very quickly and has given me the tools I need to help myself when struggling with anxiety.

After reading about hypnotherapy, I needed to give it a go for my anxiety and stress. My work and hectic lifestyle was getting too much.
After four sessions, I now have a better control of my head, thoughts & breathing, I am now back in control of myself.

It feels so good to take action & improve my mental well-being.

After 21 years in teaching it was time for a new challenge. Wellbeing and mental health were a huge part of my work and I loved it! I have taken this passion forward into the next part of career.

I work on zoom as well as in person.
Hypnotherapy works well online, many clients find it is more relaxing at home.
