Q&As

1) Listening to what the client really wants to achieve is the first and most important part of working with somebody. From there I prioritise postural analysis and corrective exercise, using my Sport Science background and Sport Massage skills to ensure my clients are functioning optimally and can achieve the maximum results in the shortest time frame.

2) Keep the workouts interesting and engaging. When the novelty of that initial motivation fades away, it may be because the routine has become exactly that, a routine...

3) Set Realistic Goals. Since unrealistic fitness goals are the bane of motivation, you should help your clients to set realistic ones...

There’s only one cardinal rule of getting a toned body that remains undisputed till date. Don’t worry: it’s not working out at the gym day and night. Rather, it’s creating a perfect balance between your diet and exercise. Consistency is the key, trust the process.

I’m not just talking about physical changes but mental changes too. To me there’s much more to PT than getting a 12 week transformation. The ‘before’ and ‘after’ pics are a just a small snapshot.

To me it’s about empowering people, letting them know that they can achieve their goals, and supporting them with a kind and caring approach. When a client becomes empowered their transformation unfolds and their life changes enormously – not just looks and health wise but confidence, career, personal relationships, etc.

Passion and freedom is the main motivation. It is so uplifting being a part of someone's journey to a living a healthier lifestyle. I get to make positive changes in the lives of my clients and see their transformations over the weeks, months and years.

With my qualifications, expertise, strong experience and customized approach I will help you to achieve any of your fitness goals.
