We cannot fully express how wonderful and grateful we are to have found Fraser. From moment one of sitting down with us, he made us feel so comfortable and chilled. Fraser was incredibly organized, fun and relaxed. He worked with us to find solutions for all of the COVID restrictions and on the day of the wedding he immediately put us both at ease on such an emotional and full-on day. His work is not only beautiful, but natural and organic. Fraser’s goal from the get-go was to communicate our personalities through the photographs. He welcomed our ideas and included us in the decisions with location and poses. Fraser recommended the 30-45 minute bride-groom session just after the ceremony which allowed us a really special quiet moment to be with one another, be present and enjoy the first moments of being married. ALSO Fraser’s turn around with photos was beyond impressive; our first look photos from our engagement session and wedding were sent to us within a day or so! We cannot recommend him highly enough!!! There are no words to describe how astounded we were by Fraser. From the very beginning the attention to detail was phenomenal, he really does go above and beyond to ensure every moment is captured and these captured moments make the most outstanding candid photographs. All of our guests on the day commented on how lovely Fraser was and how comfortable he made them all feel in front of a camera! Since receiving our final gallery we must have looked through the pictures 1000 times. Each time we fall more in love with the pictures and we’re instantly taken back to our special day. Fraser also used his grandfathers old camera to capture some shots and we adore each and every one. They really add a unique and special touch to the gallery.

I loath getting my photograph taken! We were able to meet Fraser a couple of times before the wedding and he was so calm, collected and personable we found ourselves totally at ease with him. Perhaps that is why I didn’t really notice him on the day, he just seemed to blend in. I can’t even say that I was aware of him in the background. The only time he made his presence known was when he was organising us all for the obligatory group photos that the bride and groom had requested. Even then he effortlessly arranged us all and took some lovely casual ones along with a few posed, best behaviour ones.
I was amazed when he presented his album to us. The happy couple stole the show obviously as their happiness was just glowing in every shot but I had been unaware that I had focused in so many photos: pre-ceremony, during the ceremony and even during the meal. I couldn’t get over that I could actually look at photos of me and agree that they looked not just okay but great. So many fantastic photographs of everyone in unassuming natural poses. From twirling, giggling flower girls to fumbling boys trying to put each others button hole flowers on. The comforting hand on the shoulder of the page boy but there were two photos in particular that I still can’t get out of my mind.
One of my daughter, who thought that Fraser was taking photos of guests, she was on a cliff top with a magnificent vista of blue sea and sky as her backdrop and she was using the slight breeze to shake the dust from the bottom of her long dress. The breeze had caught her dress beautifully to trail behind her – she was happy in her own world, not under pressure and Fraser captured the whole essence of contentment that she was feeling.
It looks so professional without being staged. I think it could be used as a cover page for ‘Bride’ magazine.
The other was my ‘Mama Mia’ moment. An embrace between mother and daughter. My realisation that My daughter was ‘Slipping Through My Fingers’ as she was about to leave our family and start one of her own. It just captured that special bond between us. I managed not to cry at all on the day of the wedding but that photo, that I didn’t even know was being taken, filled me up and my emotions got the better of me.
I have not shared a photo of me on Facebook for 12 years but I just had to let family and friends see my ‘Mama Mia Moment’. That photograph touched so many peoples hearts it was as if all the emotions that were between us poured out of it and could be felt by everyone who looked at it. Spectacular.
So Fraser became known to us as – Phraser the phenomenal photographer.

We were so pleased to work with Fraser. He kindly offered us the opportunity to have a photo shoot following our wedding being postponed due to COVID. Fraser couldn’t have been more charming, professional and understanding. He was patient and built a rapport with us through his natural humour and ability to relate to others. All in, this made for such a fun evening. He was also very accommodating of our dog (and he has a mind of his own at the best of times!). Fraser has visited the site prior to our session. This meant that he knew of angles and places to take photos first. This meant that we were completely at ease during the shot. The photos that Fraser provided are beautiful. They capture candid moments where we feel our true relationship shows through. During the shoot, Fraser guided us into positions, and this has also paid off in the photos too! It’s very clear he knows his process and what the final product would look like. We are very excited to get them printed and share them with our families. Fraser provides a gallery that is very easy to use with clear options for saving photographs. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Fraser for any event and would recommend him to the highest.
