I’ve been really struggling to run lately with a pirformis/sciatica type injury so I was advised to get a sports massage (my 1st one ever). Within 5 seconds it became quite apparent that there was no soft music and candles and an elbow expertly positioned into my troublesome glute. For the next hour Faye worked on my various niggles and tight legs whilst offering expert advice on training and self maintenance. Probably the longest hour of my life (me being a wuss) but the most beneficial one for a long time. Overall I would definitely recommend and will to anyone who needs a sports massage. Venue is in a gorgeous location with plenty of free parking and easy to find. 10/10 for me . Ps On a personal note,I’m back up to 40 miles a week and no problems,touch wood. Training for the marathon has been hard however after a few sports massage by Faye my Legs are feeling great. Just been for my last one before my big London marathon run on Sunday. Faye sorted my shoulders out a treat after I got all knotted up hobbling around on crutches. I'd definitely recommend her for the quality of the treatment alone, but the convenience of having her being mobile and bringing the massage table to me makes her an obvious choice for anyone in the area in need of sports/remedial massage.
