Gave 1 star as impossible to zero rate which is all they really deserve. Agreed to do a Single item removal Job. Happy with price quoted.
Then contacted them the Day before to obtain a suitable time Slot. Message not replied to. Called on Day to do likewise, The recipient picked up the Call then just hung up.
Unprofessional Spineless Cowards. If you wish to back out of a commitment you made, At least have the Fortitude to tell me in person.

Fixed up an appointment to come and see us to give a quote. Waited. Nobody came. Sent a reminder and a message, still got no response.
