On Good Friday we had a delivery, from another courier company.

A massive thanks to Richard for being so helpful. After I approached him, I could not confirm the date of the move for some time. Richard bore with me patiently during this period. When we had agreed the date and I requested an earlier time on the day of the move, he obliged me. This enabled me to travel at a convenient time. I am very grateful to Richard for being so flexible. Richard's rates are always reasonable and excellent value for money. He is so helpful when it comes to loading and unloading. Not only is he punctual and prompt, he arrives ahead of time. He is very brisk and efficient. I had allocated an hour for loading. We were done in 20 minutes. I probably had more items than Richard had expected. However, there was not a murmur of complaint from him. On the day of the move, I had to make some last-minute changes to the plan. Richard accepted these changes graciously. The room I was moving into was some way from the main road where Richard had parked, and he had to carry some heavy items a long way and then up the stairs. Richard did all of this cheerfully, with a smile. An important quality of Richard is his trust-worthiness. I trust him completely. He is a thorough professional and he is willing to go the extra mile for his customers. He is a good man and lovely to talk to during the journeys.I would like to express my gratitude to Richard for a fantastic removal service which made the whole process very smooth and stress-free. Richard moved myself and my husband twice in 4 months, once out of a flat into storage and the second out of storage and into a house. He is absolutely brilliant. Incredible patient, helpful, efficient and kind. Incredible value for money and gave me one less thing to worry about over what was a very stressful time.Richard (and his family!) went the extra mile after my husband hid our camera in the cab for safe keeping and forgot about it. I happened upon Richard while he was moving someone out of a building near to mine. His customer without prompting gave him a glowing verbal testimonial and I took his card. Roll on a few months and he managed the impossible: to move us three days before Christmas. My husband travelled up with him and spoke about how efficient and helpful they were in making what had seemed impossible, possible. Nothing was broken and previous objects arrived in one piece. They always make sure that all of my belongings are safe when moving which for me is the main concern.
