I own Fat Al's Gym and I'm based in chertsey Surrey. I've been a personal trainer for 14 years and I've very good at what I do. I specialise in fat loss and muscle gain and have years of applicable real knowledge. I'm also a natural bodybuilder and was ranked 2nd in the world in 2013.
