My son dropped his iPhone down the stairs and his screen completely smashed the screen went green. Took his iPhone in to see if anything could be done. I shattered the glass on my ipad 2 by accidentally dropping it whilst attempting to plug in the charging lead. I found out about Fastfix and took it in for repair, without any advance notice at 4. 00 pm on Monday. Not only was the repair carried out successfully in just over an hour I was given a token for a free cup of coffee while I waited. I consider the £40 charge was excellent value for money and considerably cheaper than sending the ipad away for repair. I did wonder if this would be a 'cowboy' repair. Well, it certainly was not. It was carried out with professionalism and skill. I would recommend this gentleman without any reservations. Thank you.

Been here twice for 2 ipads and a phone screens replacement and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Brenn is fantastic and I'm sure all other staff that work there are as well. Reasonably priced in fact I found them cheaper than anywhere else in Norwich. Will defiantly be using these again if needed to. And also will recommend to friends and family. Very happy customer? Call out service is fantastic. Engineer came to my house in wymondham to fix the headphone socket on my iPhone 6 (I thought it needed a new one). After 5 mins I was told that it was just dirt blocking it and it was all fixed. Really appreciated the honest service. Was charged a small call out fee instead of repair - which was great. Popped in with a broken IPad just as the chap was leaving. We wished for the repair to our daughters iPad be carried out ASAP as we were due to go away the following day on holiday. I took my phone to Brenn based on the good reviews I saw on Google. £45 for an Iphone 5s screen replacement parts and labour in 30mins seemed like a good deal. Upon collection, everything looked good as new. However, I soon discovered that the phones finger print recognition failed to work. The following day, I returned to Brenn whom took the phone apart again, fortunately rectifying the issue as well as refunding me £5 for the inconvenience. Happy days. More...

Fast Fix Brenn is the best. I called hoping to get my water damaged phone fixed in a day or two. Instead, since he was going away for a few days, Brenn offered to drive over to my house and fix it ON HIS WAY TO THE AIRPORT! ! Sure enough he arrived within a couple of hours and sorted out the problem, and he also hung on a good 20 mins or so to make sure the phone was charging correctly before leaving. The guy was brilliant. Really friendly and a bit of banter. I was quoted a really reasonable price for my smashed iPhone 6 screen and he said it would only take 20 minutes, and true to his word it absolutely did. Top class service and although I hope to never need him again (in the nicest possible way!), i will use him again if i ever need to - and would recommend him to anyone else that needs a repair like this.
