Let’s just say I’m so grateful for finding Gen and her wonderful team. My life is completely different to how it was- I make health and fitness a priority every single day. I feel so motivated and full of energy. I can’t recommend bootcamp enough. I have lost 16 inches since starting my journey in June!! A number I couldn’t have imagined when I began!!! Love the 6 week boot camp. The guys that run it offer loads of encouragement so that every individual is challenged appropriately. Great to be outside (but undercover when needed!) I particularly like the flexibility of not signing up to specific days, so works well with home and work commitments. Would highly recommend! More...

I've been a Boot Camper for nearly a year now and each 6 week course has been great. The 4 trainers are encouraging, constructive and always give advice and pointers during exercises. Every class is slightly different to the last and this variation is the highlight. The very warm welcome and the motivation from trainers, fellow boot campers and myself (as my confidence grew) has kept me coming back time after time. I've been attending bootcamp for just over a year, starting when I found myself the wrong side of 40 and the wrong side of 15 stone! I'm one of a few men who turn up, and have found the bootcamp welcoming regardless of gender, age, fitness level, size or shape. The different instructors all have slightly different approaches (and they all provide considerable variety within their own sessions) so no two evenings are ever exactly the same.It's a really friendly and inclusive "vibe", and everyone is encouraged to train at their own pace (pushing ourselves as hard as we are comfortable with).Through this brilliant bootcamp, I've become much fitter and slimmer, and can wholeheartedly recommend it. I’m really looking forward to my 4th week of being in this fun exercise group next week. I like working out amongst my fellow keep-fit peeps - as it helps that there are all levels of fitness in the group. Trainers are great, love the healthy recipe s we are emailed each week, that’s an incentive in itself & Gen’s food blog is very interesting to read too. I decided to try bootcamp as I had been going regularly to the gym for years but had stopped seeing any positive results. I felt stuck in a rut and generally lacked motivation . I started bootcamp and was so impressed. It’s fast pace, huge variety of exercises and games/activities and the friendly welcoming group had me hooked. The sessions go so fast but you really feel you’ve had an amazing all body workout by the end. I started seeing changes in my body shape within a few weeks and lost a stone after 6 weeks. I feel better in myself, more confident and so much fitter. I look forward to the classes and hope to continue going regularly for as long as possible. I love it. I had weekly personal training sessions with Gen for almost a year. Gen is amazing, she is so motivating, positive and really knows what works. I loved my weekly sessions and felt happier and healthier than I had done for years. It gave me so much confidence in taking control of my health and fitness and helped me focus on me rather than my stressful job and previous mantra of "I haven't got time". I now have a great routine where I go to my local gym nearly every morning before work and this works brilliantly for me. I would never have done this without Gen kick starting me into it! I can't praise Gen enough for her efforts in getting me fit and toned, she's been an absolute star and made every session loads of fun and really worthwhile.
You might think personal training is expensive, but it's huge value for money and what I got from just a few one to ones with Gen far exceeds what I could achieve at a gym on my own.
The approach Gen takes is completely bespoke, and even the absolute killers like mountain climbers, jumping squats and that press up with the vipr (torture) exercise was achieveable with her encouragement and motivational comments.
You really feel like you've got Gen's total attention and that she's thought about what you'll enjoy in advance so your session is fresh, new and never ever boring.
Everyone is motivated in different ways and by different things, and Gen is really good at reading signals and giving you "well dones!" and "come ons!" depending on how you're doing. Gen's also great at showing you how to do things properly so you don't hurt yourself and is mindful of any injuries you might have when devising your session. I found myself doing full pressups in the tens and teens without even really realising I was doing it - you don't get chance to psych yourself out or think "I can't do that" when you're working out with Gen.
I have never laughed so much during exercise as I have at the PT sessions with Gen, she is great fun and takes the time to get to know you, and doesn't let you forget your goal whilst you're exercising.
With six weeks to go until my wedding my goal was to tone up, to have more energy and strength, and to feel fitter. I've been able to achieve all that and more, and I will definitely carry on with the training after my honeymoon.
This is a long review, but it doesn't really even scratch the surface, I can't believe how much I've changed in 5 weeks - thank you Gen, so much!

Cant explain how awesome these guys are but I will try Gen,Liz,Rob and Guy are amazing I dropped the gym for 3 main reason's 1. ) feeling insecure, 2.) Money spent vs results gained , 3.)help available!! With Faster they make you feel extremely welcome, I got better results in 6 weeks for £60 then 6 months at over £120,help is available to answer questions guide you in the right direction and teach you how to get the results you want. But the best bits are when I look in the mirror or when I go on a sunny holiday I'm not afraid or embarrassed to take my shirt off and strut down the beach and the comments from people on how good I'm looking and confidence that comes with that!!! thank you so much faster team !!!! Met with Gen earlier this year to get fit for skiing, after a few sessions of peculiar yet effective exercise routines I went skiing. I sent a text to Gen after 4 days of skiing to let her know how pleased I was with very limited muscle ache and best of all no lazy left leg. I was in a car accident 7 years ago whilst pregnant and I have suffered from back pain ever since. After years of paying for treatment nothing really worked to reduce the pain. I was recommended to Faster Personal Training and met Gen who gave me an exercise plan. After 3 appointments with Gen and daily exercises I now very rarely get back pain and if I do I increase my exercises and the pain goes away.
