Often, we find ourselves stuck or unhappy in life due to beliefs we acquired at a young age about ourselves and life. These limiting beliefs can create a metaphorical cage, influencing how we perceive ourselves and our relationships. Some individuals may have experienced trauma during their formative years, leading to unmet needs and distorted opinions about themselves and others. Regardless of the struggle, there is always a root cause. In my work, I assist clients in understanding and healing these underlying issues.

My sessions consist of three parts:
1. *Intake:* Discussing the issue.
2. *Session:* Discovering and healing the root cause.
3. *Recording:* Listened to for 21 days to ensure lasting change.
