Not really, I could possibly advise a customer over the phone, but in most cases we would need to be present to resolve or assess the problem.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We use hand santiser before and after we enter or touch a clients propety. We also use PPE, such as gloves and masks.
