Paul is fantastic; he spent weeks helping me build a new pc (after trying to fix my old one but it was beyond help and I decided to just upgrade everything at once as I had such great help) He helped me pick all the parts and kept me updated through the whole thing. I had a problem with my laptop that meant it wouldn't fire up at all. Paul answered my initial query quickly and explained that his rate of £30. 00 excluding parts would be all that was charged no matter how long it took to solve the problem. In the end it was sorted within 24 hours with no parts required and I retrieved my laptop which was back to full working order - can't say fairer than that! Great service! More...

I feared the worst when my computer wouldn't boot up. I thought it would cost me an arm and a leg to get fixed. Paul quickly diagnosed the fault and replaced the hard drive, which he has returned to me in order to get a refund from the manufacturers. Once I get that refund I will only have had to shell out for the £30 flat labour fee that he charges. Excellent service and very quick, got my computer back the same day. Excellent service and great value for money. The fixed fee for labour was cheaper than all other quotes I had. My computer was infected with a serious malware that would not let me access anything and Paul at Farnworth Computer Repair sorted this within the day.
