What do you love most about your job?
Being thorough in my work and working to a high standard to ensure the customer is always happy with the finish. I also love giving an end product to a house or business the customer will be proud of, making the property stand out from the rest in the street and people will know that Falcon External Cleaning are responsible for the high standard.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I work in an industry where a lot of companies cut corners but I was fortunate to work for someone who had very high standards. I saw how happy he was in his job so thought to myself I want to have my own business and provide the same standards in my work and be proud.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am very thorough in my work, I am reliable and always put my customers first in the way I work I look for ways in which I can deliver the best for them. The majority of my work has come about through recommendations so I have many customers who testify to the fine service I provide.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am very aware of my customers and look for ways to keep us both safe. I use gloves, face mask, I take payment by bank transfer or card reader, I regularly use anti bacterial agent on my hands and also wipe down my equipment regularly with antibacterial wipes. The majority of my work involves using tools that can be operated from a distance that exceeds the advised guidelines. I also have family which I would never want to put in any danger so I conduct myself in a manner that keeps them safe and also my customers and me safe also.
Window Cleaning
At Falcon External Cleaning we offer a pure water window cleaning service. We are very thorough in our methods and also clean the sills and frames. We use specialised equipment to to guarantee the best results for our customers.
Pressure Washing
We offer a pressure washing service that will return the surface to a like new finish. We treat the surface for weeds and organic growth prior to the clean and once that has taken effect we carry out the clean and finish with replacement sand where needed. We also offer a sealed finish to surfaces to make sure they are harder wearing for a longer period and to discourage organic growth.
Gutter Clearing
Falcon External Cleaning offers a gutter clearing service where we will come and carry out a camera inspection to survey where the issues are. Following the inspection we will clear the gutters and provide an after photo to show you to make sure it is finished to a satisfactory standard.
Fascia and Soffit Cleaning
Service includes a full pre wash of the soffit and fascias, application of non aggressive cleaning agent to break down the tougher areas, full clean and rinse. This process ensures a high standard of finish that the customer can be happy with.
Solar Panel Clean
Solar Panel Cleaning service includes a pre wash of the panels, then a thorough wash using specialised equipment then a thorough rinse after.
Conservatory Roof Clean
Service includes a pre wash of roof and all surrounds, application of non aggressive cleaning agent to ensure the best clean, full clean and rinse. Our process ensures a high standard of finish the customer can be happy with.
Rendering Clean
Clean of external rendering, will bring the external rendering looking like new. Biocide chemical treatment non caustic safe for pets. We offer a high quality finish and also peace of mind.
