I've been working with Regina since August 22. I can't fault the enthusiasm support, guidance and patience she offers. I am achieving goals in my fitness I never imagined, my strength and confidence has increased more than I could have wished for and increases continously. Regina goes at your pace, excellent knowledge, likes lots of questions, will gently encourage when she knows you can do it! Highly recommend - I make time for her sessions and classes. I don't think that I have a dream body. My goal is to get stronger and fitter and still be able to do the fun stuff in life when I'm 80 :)
I would like to give you the secret that you can implement straight away but I don't think there is one. It's consistency and finding the sport/ exercises that you like and I can help you with that. My goal is for you to create an enjoyable, sustainable habit by adding exercise into your life.

As a complete fitness specialist, I can provide personalized training, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching focused on your goals, limitations, and what is most important to you. I believe that fitness is for everyone, no two people's goals are the same therefore their programs shouldn't be identical.

I provide in-person personal training in Everlast Gym Leigh.

The training session is a 50-minute to one-hour-long 1 to 1 session where I demonstrate the exercises, walk you through the movements, correct your form and help you understand why we are doing what we are doing.

I believe that getting a personalized program is the best way to reach your goals and enjoy the process (without injury). I meet the clients where they're at and give them the program they need and want.

My goal is for you to move better, have lasting and sustainable results, enjoy the process and do things you thought you would never be able to do.

I give you a full month of bespoke training program with exercise descriptions through 'Coach RX', video feedback through 'Loom' after your workouts, daily opportunity to ask questions and a monthly consultation via Zoom.
