Fantastic PT, can’t recommend him enough! I started training with Ford as I was very overweight, struggling with a hormonal imbalance (PCOS), and recovering from a knee injury. I had been going to the gym on my own but my weight was only increasing and had bad experiences with other trainers not knowing how to deal with my situation (eg. trainers just telling me to walk on a treadmill for a full session). Ford however didn’t see my weight or injury as a roadblock, given his experience training diverse people. In ~5 months, I’ve lost almost 20kg through strength training & conditioning. Exercises to strengthen legs and improve balance have made my knee noticeably stronger, and I can move more freely and confidently! The plan Ford has made is so easy to follow. No crazy diets, I can still eat whatever I want, just within a framework. I genuinely couldn’t have progressed this much on my own or with any other trainer. Ford is also a great person in general, always in a sunny mood, inspirational and takes a very hands-on approach to helping you achieve your fitness goals through consistent check-ins and adapting each session to your needs. Ford is a true expert in his field - measured, focused and probably most importantly in the world of personal training - realistic.
Fitness and nutrition is a journey a consistent one - not a quick fix (and I LOVE a quick fix) but they are unsustainable and ultimately don’t educate you how to lose or maintain a desired weight/composition.
Ford has supported me in probably the toughest 12 months - I lost my dad, my family infrastructure as I knew it for 46 years fell apart, 3 teenage sons, my fiancée a full on job that often feels relentless with some very demanding stakeholders and throw into the mix studying for a masters degree course via work!
life is busy but my training with Ford has often been my therapy as I work on my nutrition, to get the results I want - that part is down to me but his direction, advice and support is a vital part - if you are thinking should I? Yes you absolutely should 👍💙

Working with Ford was great. I already had experience of tracking macros so we just got right into it. I still had the flexibility to enjoy the meals and training I liked but with the added help of introducing new ways to improve my diet and training to see better results. He has shown me other ways of measuring progress than just by the scales and I’ve seen improvement in sleep quality and strength in the gym. I am very happy with the progress I made whilst working with him and even since have managed to maintain my weight/size all by keeping to the habits we put in place. I trained with Ford for the first quarter of this past year and it was very beneficial to my overall fitness goals. Ford was very knowledgeable in the types of exercises that would help me, correcting my form, what food and macros I needed to track, and supporting me during our sessions. Ford was an exceptional personal trainer who would always go above and beyond to ensure I had the best training session every time we trained. Ford was incredibly supportive, inspirational and friendly throughout the whole process allowing us to build a great friendship beyond just the gym. Fuad continually produces bespoke exercises and workouts to address specific issues that I've asked to work on which are extremely effective.
He is a perfect motivator who pushes me to go much further than I thought possible. He is very easy to talk to, puts a lot of thought into what he does and very clearly enjoys his work.

All my life, when it comes to fitness, treadmill is the only thing I have known until I received the professional fitness service from F-Will in London. Absolutely Brilliant! Fuad was certainly helpful in teaching how to execute different exercises properly, and variations so that you can be flexible if the gym is packed. These are exercises that he does himself, and you can tell they’re certainly effective looking at his physique.

I also benefited from the encouragement on days which the weights don’t move as well as expected, or even setting a new personal record!

Personally, he has made the start of my fitness journey a lot easier, and helped me build a solid foundation to continue into the future.

I started training with F-Will 9 months ago. I was stuck on a routine and finding it really hard to progress. My main goal was to get stronger, and also enjoy the other benefits that come with it, looking better, being fit, etc. After 9 months I have increase my strength considerably, both physical and mental. He has shown great support motivating me, following up my training and taking me forward during his training sessions. Training with him is fun, always different and challenging. My experience training with Ford has been nothing short of excellence.

He's a genuinely helpful, friendly trainer with years of experience and knowledge under his belt(and it shows! ). He practices what he preaches and knows the importance of programming around injuries and controlling volume and training intensity to avoid overtraining and allow for recovery while still keeping the workouts challenging and intense. Aside from myself I've seen him train multiple individuals from novice lifters to advanced trainees and he's always the same, motivating, energetic and smiling, all while being observant and critical, his advice is not just what exercises to do, but also what modifications can be made to those exercises based on the individual as well as form and technique checks.

Aside from being a phenomenal trainer, Ford is one of the nicest people I've met and really motivates you to push yourself, but in a smart way, which makes training with him that much more enjoyable.
