I cant fault the service we've received from Extension plans UK. During the process of drawing up plans for our loft extension they have been very good at communicating with us all the way. The initial plans were drawn up quickly and the amendments we requested were changed with no quibbles. They submitted the plans for council approval and gave us a date that a decision would likely be forthcoming. It was spot on - even though councils are now taking longer to process these decisions. They produced the construction plans within two weeks of receiving council approval and they have offered us the option of applying either to the council for building control or using the services of one of three private companies they have suggested, if we want to speed up the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Extension plans to family, friends and colleagues as they've done exactly what they said they would and in very good time. More...

Extention Plans UK did everything they said they would do in double quick time. We stated what we required, within 1 week a surveyor had done his site visit, and then within 2 weeks the plans were emailed over. We then adjusted a couple of things with the help of Philip via a zoom call one evening, and he resubmitted the updated plans to the council for approval. The plans were passed within 8 weeks. Very impressed with Extension plans UK, I searched around with a few local architects before choosing Extension plans UK not only because they were cheeper buy because of the fast turnaround in getting back the drawings. I was able to change and tweak the plans a few times before they submitted them for approval, and they felt with the building regulation drawings and the build over application for the man hole sewer with Thames water. Philip and his team provided excellent plans of a very high standard, being able to work with them online meant zero delays if I need to speak with anybody on the phone they were always happy to talk, no call waiting meant no time delays.

Extensions Plans UK are fantastic! I am in the process of fixing up a dilapidated outbuilding. This is the first project I have done on this scale so as a novice the Extension Plans team have been so helpful and patient through out the process. All the instructions were clear, easy to follow and they are very transparent and honest. When I was requesting changes the team reminded me to do multiple changes to the drawings in one go as that was in the price rather than back and forth one at time which would have been an extra cost to myself. Extension Plans UK are a very good Architectural Service. We have had planning permission refused initially but got planning permission on resubmitting revised plans. Particular mention aught to made of two individuals who have been assigned our job. They have provided us with constant availablity responding to either a phone call or email.
