Express Essex Blinds

Very dissatisfied with Dan after reading the reviews we asked Dan to fit 6 vertical blinds to our home. The kitchen blinds are too long and not wide enough when they are closed we can see and speak to our neighbours, as Dan admitted he did not take into consideration the tap, the bay chains cut too short Dan offered to tie them in a knot, bedroom should be centre opening chains have not been cut. We have been waiting over three weeks for contact from Dan to rectify the problems. Dan wants to charge us over £1000 pounds for the job sad to say even if he does rectify all the problems the slats will have discoloured and won’t match any slats he may have to add. Sadly we are not rich and we can not afford to have the mistakes rectified by another fitter and Dan has shown no interest in making good his mistakes. More...
