An absolutely wonderful family business,Chris and Becky were both very polite and professional,our new boiler was fitted by Reece,there was a couple of problems along the way but nothing that couldn’t be resolved,he worked endlessly to get the job done,highly recommend Expert Heat and we most definitely will be having the annual service done by them,a big thank you to you all guys.

Chris came out quickly and diagnosed the problem to a faulty filler loop valve. which is covered by the boiler guarantee. Chris made an appointment for a Baxi engineer to come out and it was fixed the next morning thanks. 👍🏻

After a gas leak and a week of no heating and hot water at the coldest time of the year, Chris came to our rescue and fixed the issue within an hour of arriving. Can’t fault the service from Chris and Becky. Kept us informed throughout the process and were friendly and professional. Chris was great throughout the whole process. He was very informative at the quoting stage i felt like i knew exactly what i would be getting from Expert Heat by the time he had left. .... and the quote arrived the next day. Even though i took some time to make a decision, Becky was quick to react and i had a date for install shortly after i had accepted the quote. Chris arrived on the installation day slightly early and raring to go he kept me fully informed throughout the process including an in depth run through on my new boiler and thermostat's attributes before he left.
