What do you love most about your job?
I see a lot of myself in my clients.
I love helping high achievers get out of their own way.
During a time when I needed support, I used a coach to create more self awareness, banish lack of confidence, create actionable plans, regain enthusiasm and self-believe. I reinvested myself.
I now offer a proven system to my clients to do exactly that. Even the best of use need help from time to time and I am here to support you. I have been there and if I can make your life more fulfilling through our coaching, my work is done :-)
What inspired you to start your own business?
A health scare at the age of 50 was my wake up call. After 35 years working as a successful Commercial Manager in the City, my body was telling me that I needed to change. I wanted to operate at a "corporate level" without being in the corporate system, with its demands.
Since 2015 I have been coaching people at work - initially around productivity, sales and motivation and as I progressed I realised I was skilled at dealing with the more challenging parts of life. I helped people come through some real set-backs and challenges. Those that take the wind out of your sails.
In 2020 I started my own practice and I can honestly say that everybody I have coached has been an absolute delight. If you would like a chat to get to know me, please get in touch.

I have walked in your shoes. As a high achiever I rarely struggled with things, until a heart attack and being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes turned my world upside down.
I needed to reinvent myself with a new work routine and in the process changed my career. Over the last few years I have developed a proven system that guides my clients in creating a fresh career strategy. One that allows for both professional growth and the lifestyle you desire.

The majority of my coaching is via Teams or Zoom. If you live close to West Byfleet in Surrey I would be happy to meet in person.
Executive Coaching
I coach people who have found themselves
- in a company reorganisation or facing redundancy
- or wanting to change careers
- or needing to make changes in their career after a health scare or other external event
- or looking to reinvent themselves
During our coaching, we will work through three key stages:
1. REVIEW - giving you a fresh perspective on existing skills
2. REDESIGN - creating a strategy and enhance your personal brand with a clear actionable plan that fits your visions, personality and schedule.
3. REINVENT - with your renewed energy you will experience a shift in your approach, meaning and purpose, pathing the way to exciting new opportunities.
We meet via Teams or Zoom and I will share the recording with you, together with summary notes.
