Simply perfect. In short: sprinkling fabulous over occasions with zero stress involved for the host. long: listened to all my wants to make a 40th to remember and went above and beyond. I used Coates Solicitors for the selling of my Old House & buying my New house, I found them to be extremely efficient & kept me in touch by phone instead of the usual waiting for a letter to arrive.
The house I bought was a Brand new Strata House, the Lady in the sales office was so impressed with the speed of the Sale & their professionalism that she contacted them herself when she had a problem with a house she was buying.
I used them again last year when my Husband & I bought a Flat for rent, again the sale went through very smoothly.
