Excite supplied and installed a new home cinema system to update my older budget system and did a great job. They took time to do a neat job of the speaker wiring in my old cottage where there are no cavities to hide wiring and repurposed things that could be reused from the old set-up for an efficient installation. The new speakers and AV unit are a revelation. Much clearer sound for listening to my music and the dialogue on films can now be adjusted for clarity when they are difficult to make out over the background soundtrack. We had a few issues initially with an hdmi cable that wouldn't work correctly and about 2 days after the install the subwoofer speaker died. However, Excite stepped up and sorted it out with a replacement speaker and helped troubleshoot the errant cable and I'm very happy with the final result. More...
