Excellence At Work

Having had problems for some time with my pc running slow and eventually not working, I took a friends recommendation and contacted Robert.

After a thorough discussion around the problems I was getting, I dropped my pc off and went on holiday hoping there wouldn't be the "it's past it's sell by date and you need a new pc" chat when I returned. When I contacted Robert, he explained that I had had a faulty hard drive, he'd purchased and installed another (with my prior approval), reinstalled all my software, recovered all by existing data and that it was running really well. Now that I've set the pc up at home, I can agree with Robert's comment.

Overall, excluding the cost of a new drive, Robert charged £75 which I believe is excellent value.
