24hr gym,a good place to train if your nervous about joining a gym as there are a large variety of people that use it.Plenty of cardio machines along with a nice amount of free weight and assisted machines. They have classes that you can book with a personal trainer or have them work out a program suited personally for you to help achieve your goals.What ive found beneficial is its air conditioned which is perfect during the hot weather. Went down yesterday for the first time and was greeted by a really friendly staff member there equipment is awsome and the available classes are pretty good don't forget open 24/7 to all members which is brilliant, highly recommend.

Went to have nose and the place is nice and clean with a great atmosphere. They have only just opened so its a good start (lets review this in three months to see if its kept up).
A decent and modern range of equipment with a good mix of types.
When I went in the staff looked quite busy, however I was quickly noticed and welcomed and given a tour. No pushy sales techniques to try and get me to sign up there and then and I did not feel rushed at all. David had the right mix of friendliness and professionalism.
Went home and signed up for a membership, looking forward to training there.
