My experience was an AWESOME EXPERIENCE. When I first spoke with Mrs Trey Loudis, I wasn’t were I needed to be with my credit. I was placed in a program by Mrs Trey Loudis to repair my credit. Follows up were made and work on my behalf was done. The process wasn’t easy but Mrs Trey Loudis made it easy and hassle free. I always believed I didn’t need a PT and with a bit of practice I could get to where I wanted to be. After months of trying and getting absolutely no where, I gave in and began working with Simon on PT sessions and bootcamp (50 day fat burning plan). I have never felt stronger or fitter in myself since! Simon takes away the thought process of exercising and provides me with the different routines each week to only boost my fitness levels. The motivation I feel towards exercise has completely changed since working with excel fitness and I actually enjoy it! Which is something I never thought I would say. I’ve trained with Simon a few times now since having a knee operation and I have already started to see results. My muscle definition is improving and my fitness is improvin. He’s been helpful in knowing how to push me to my limits and helping my improve my recovery after a injury.

I fully recommend Simon as he’s takes into consideration your strengths and weaknesses and makes sure you never give up on your goals.

I have been training with Simon for several years now, initially to get fit for my wedding, then to get fit after having a baby but now I train to keep in shape and because I love it! Simon is a very talented and flexible trainer who tailors what his sessions to his clients needs, both during PTs and bootcamps. I recently had surgery on my hand but instead of having to take time off training, Simon has helped me take advantage of being off work and I have made some fantastic progress! Ive have been going to slimbody Bootcamp for just over 2 years now. Its a great way to get fit and get in shape. The detox really does work, I've completed the detox again recently and still managed to go down a total of 5 inches. Simon is great always there to push you that bit harder and gets you the results! Plus its great on the days or nights out to socialise with everyone. Couldn't recommend it enough, ive never felt fitter! More...

I trained with Simon as a PT client and also attended his bootcamp sessions (which are included as part of his PT packages) for about 18 months. I was really impressed with the results, felt much healthier, fitter, looked much more toned and also lost a few pounds.

He is very knowledgable about the body's physiology and seems to know no end of physical exercises and activities. As a result, you never get bored of his classes as they're always really varied. There are monthly fitness tests so you can see the improvements you are making so it's very motivational. Simon is also very motivational in helping you obtain your goals.

I'm taking a little break at the moment due to being pregnant but hope to be back at bootcamp in Spring/summer 2016 to help get back into shape once the baby is born.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simon as a PT instructor or attend his bootcamps. You won't regret it!

Best thing I ever did. I really thought I wouldn't get very far because I was so unfit, but after 2 months of training and encouragement from Simon, my whole body and mind set changed. Now I go because I love it. Sounds sad, I know. But seeing the results I had after only 2 months made me feel so much happier and motivated to do even better. So I'm keeping it up.

Recently started training with Simon via a corporate package. I had been doing HIT training myself at home for weight loss and a health condition but had a 3 month break due to various circumstances.
I had (wasn't in the mood) to get going again and needed a kick up the backside before I started putting in the 2 stone I had lost myself so I signed up straight away.
I am glad I did, it's very hard work but Simon has been wonderful and inspired me to start training at home again to get rid of these last few pounds. It's tough but you will get pushed more than you can push yourself in a group format. Simon does an excellent job of balancing everyone's ability level.
I will check back in on these reviews when I have had longer on the course and my physical results start to come in.
I cannot recommend Simon enough.

I've been working with Beth PT mostly, going for a little over a year now attending 2 hit classes a week (started around early Feb 2017) , going my own pace and only making a few small changes to what I eat and have been really pleased with myself and the progress I've been making in terms of weight loss and general fitness (my working and day to day life is very sedentary).

But this year i felt i needed to do more and so I've been having weekly chats with Beth and we've been looking at the foods i eat and the carbs/protein and fat percentages and so by looking at limiting the levels to certain amounts and working with the foods i like or am happy to eat (i havent made it easy by being a picky eater :D ) this past month alone (Jan 7th -Feb 7th) i've dropped a stone (16s10 - 15s9 and 3/4).

Other people have said they've noticed the difference but more importantly I've noticed the difference and this is all thanks to joining Excel Fit and I won't be stopping any time soon

I’ve been attending PT sessions with occasional visits to Simon’s boot camps for the last couple of years. If you’re like me and find it hard to motivate yourself to go to a gym or even know what to do when you do eventually go, Simon has a tremendous ability for judging the correct type of exercises to help you achieve your goals and to motivate you to keep going. When you dip a little in motivation and you can’t be bothered, which at times is inevitable, Simon is there on your back to encourage you back onto the straight and narrow. I can honestly vouch for the fact that Simon is someone who cares deeply about his clients and nothing pleases him more than to see his clients achieve positive results from his personal training and advice on healthy eating and lifestyle.
Also my wife, who has never exercised in her life and was so nervous about being anywhere near a gym, is now attending PT sessions and even after only a few short weeks is feeling the benefit
The bootcamps which are run 4 times per week are fun and varied and help to encourage a good team like spirit among all the PT and bootcamp clients.
The friendly and inclusive team spirit which Simon actively encourages through the Excel Fit Facebook Group is very much an added benefit and allows everyone to feel involved.
In summary, I can’t recommend Excel Fit highly enough.

We then do a combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercises using equipment such as weights, resistance bands, and own body weight. I come from an extremely sporty background competing nationally in Athletics at Decathlon specialising in 110m Hurdles, unfortunately due to an injury before I really got to compete at a high level I had to give up my aspiration to become a world class athlete, so I turned to the next best thing, training and helping other people achieve their health and fitness goals weather it was to run a marathon or just to lose a few lbs in weight.

Our Group Training sessions are not like your regular gym classes... you get all the support and guidance of having a regular one to one sessions with a trainer just at a fraction of the cost! and you get access to more sessions to train as often as you wish... win win!
