Amazing programming and tailored to my ability and equipment that I have.

Amazing experience all round. Plans are tailored to your level of fitness so you always feel worked, but not overworked. You're able to progress at your own pace and ask questions if you're unsure.

I help my clients by first understanding the unique context that each client is entering the gym in. By understanding this I am then best able to create a plan that allows each client to flourish. Each clients goal will be different and therefore each session and plan should be tailored to that goal. By understanding the client and the goal I am best suited to help my client achieve their fitness goal.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is that there is no secret. It is a culmination of hard work, discipline and fun. Without any of those three, you won't get the body of your dreams and if you do, you will not enjoy the process of getting there. And if it is not fun getting there is there any point in getting there.

I love the lightbulb moment when someone understands a movement/skill or the understanding that everything they do in the gym is reflected in the outside world.

Clients should choose me because I have years of experience coaching people of all shapes/sizes, ages and fitness goals. Having competed at a high level at CrossFit I know what it takes to get stronger/fitter and put on muscle mass. But by training 55-year-old clients who are getting into fitness for the first time, I am acutely aware of how to tailor a session to each client and each clients goals.

There are multiple cleaning facilities and if it would make you feel safer I am more than happy to wear a mask.

Services

I offer Personal Training for clients of any age and fitness level. Furthermore, each client will get their sessions planned around whatever their specific goal

Having competed at a high level in CrossFit I am well suited to help anyone both get into CrossFit or try and become more competitive.

I offer online training for people that are too far away to engage in Personal Training. It can be tailored around the facilities that the client has or the gym that the client attends. Moreover, the training itself will be tailored toward the goal that client has. I use an app to host my online training programmes, which allows for feedback.
