We rented a small start up unit here for a year, and the whole team at Copley were great. They're a very honest and fair landlord, and treat you well before and after the tenancy. I highly recommend them as a place for any business. Malcolm and the onsite team are also always around, and there to do anything for you whenever you need it. Mike is a great coach and a motivational personal trainer. I approached Mike with the aim to lose weight and get lean. From the outset Mike was very engaging, he listened and understood my goals and helped me breakdown how to achieve them. Every session was different, Mike pushed me during these sessions and helped me understand various different exercises and routines which was a great learning experiance.
Mike provided a detailed nutrition guide with a set programmed and also gave me home workouts which was a great touch.
I am very glad with the overall experience, not least being able to shed 5kg of extra fat! And, getting stronger.
Overall, the results speak for themselves!

I’ve worked with Mike since lockdown in May as I wanted to use my free time to lose weight and improve my fitness for the new rugby season;
after a few sessions I noticed an improvement already as they were intense but fun at the same time!
I’ve never ever felt so fit before and being able to now complete a conditioning training at rugby and finish first or second out of 30+ just shows how much Mike knows and how much he’s helped me improve my cardiovascular fitness. I’ve also started a weights program in the gym and the feeling again is mutual, the sessions aren’t too long they are just right with good exercises and I leave the gym feeling good and can see my strength has improved after 4 weeks already!
I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to improve themselves; he knows his stuff!!

I’ve been using Mike for my programming throughout lockdown. In this time o have seen multiple PBs and an improvement in body composition. He is always available with any questions any time of day. I ask a lot from Mike as I want to improve everything and the program he provides allows me to do that with a mixture of good compound strength training but still getting my metcon hit.
