I signed up to Evolve Fitness 6 week programme looking for support with increasing my strength and stability, especially around old injuries. Kyle is great, you get loads of information and help from his wealth of knowledge. The sessions have certainly set me up on the right track and I will definitely sign up again. I should also add the sessions are hard, great fun and really friendly. I really recommend anyone thinking about creating some healthy habits to start Kyle’s 6 week course, you won’t regret it. This is like a very well tailored personal training program- but in a small group! The Boot camp is 6 weeks (of three classes a week) designed to boost confidence, engage and enhance both physical and emotional well-being and educate in nutrition/exercise fitness and wellbeing! I highly recommend Kyle - he runs fun, challenging and enjoyable classes and keeps in touch on a personal level throughout! More...

I've been a stay at home mum for many years and wanted to start putting me first, so I joined the 6 week Bootcamp at Evolve Fitness Training and it's been amazing. Everyone in the group is lovely and in the same situation and Kyle is a brilliant coach. After being stuck at home, I wanted to get out and meet other people, have some fun and obviously get fitter and healthier, which am I finally achieving.. It's a great group to be a part of which is why I have signed up for 6 more months. More...

I’ve been a member since Jan 2019 when I was just looking for something to change up my fitness routines! 2.5 years and a baby later and I still love it as much as when I joined! The sessions are at achievable times, structured well and you’re able to work to your own abilities (but also be pushed - because let’s face it, that’s why we’re there!) I ALWAYS feel great after a session and never regret setting my alarm for pre 6am 😳 Kyle offers a very individualised programme and there’s loads more than just the group sessions; team activities, challenges, mental well-being, nutrition, monthly recipes and support! I mean, no-one can make 100 burpees fun, be Evolve almost does it! I would recommend to anyone! 💪 More...
