Although my core training is in Transactional Analysis, I have an integrative approach to counselling so that my methods are adapted to individual needs.

What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people to help them identify difficulties in their lives, and find ways to change. I love to see people develop so they can enjoy their potential and become more content.

I am a warm and compassionate person who can offer a confidential and non-judgemental space for you to explore what is causing you difficulty, and then supporting you to make the changes you wish.

The counselling room offers plenty of space to be socially distant.
Counselling and psychotherapy
I offer a confidential and safe space for you to explore any issues that you may be finding difficult. I work with you to identify what is causing you difficulty and explore what changes you might want to make.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, meaning that we work together to find an individual way to meet you needs and goals.
My core training is in Transactional Analysis, but also use other approaches to offer a holistic and personal approach to sessions.
