Absolutely love this gym! It’s got such a wide range of equipment and is a great atmosphere to train in. I’ve just started personal training with Callum and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a PT. He’s really knowledgeable and takes the time to properly explain everything which is really helping build my confidence in the gym outside of our sessions. I’m really enjoying our sessions and have learnt so much already so I can’t wait to how I progress over the coming weeks/months. More...

Best gym in northumberland! Feel like family everytime I walk through them doors, can always message the lads when out of the gym for advice and always there when I need them in the gym! Cheers lads
