In my new venture as Ruthless Media, I knew one of the important issues to address early on was my brand to start to form my identity as a business and so turned to Jo-Ann for support to help create this. I had some ideas of what I wanted but also it seemed no idea of what I wanted. Jo-Ann took the time to listen and extract the things that were important to me then went to the drawing board, or her computer in reality. She took time and researched ideas before pulling together some of her own to present to me for critique. With me being a fussy person, I provided my feedback and she returned to the editing suite to try and craft what I was looking for but couldn’t describe. She took time, care and a LOT of patience as we communicated back and forth and landed on a logo that I am proud to display as it communicates what my business is about as well as providing a feel for my personality. I have worked with Jo-Ann recently in putting together a brochure for our Reflexology NI Conference. I have to say from our first meeting, Jo-Ann just 'got' what we were looking for and worked with us every step of the way. Her patience and care for producing the brochure to a very impressive standard, was what we needed as we were new to this.
