Roofing Installation or Replacement
I gave 1 star because there isn't a 0. Patrick came to me via Bark, which was the biggest mistake I ever made. He was full of sweet words and assured me of how genuine he was.
He said the company had been going for 12 years which turned out not to be so. He offered a quote which was too good to be true and as it turned out it was. He started the work 2 days later, and suddenly increased the price by 50%. By then it was too late for me to pull out. They did a very poor job on replacing my flat roof. The first time it rained after the work was done I had water pouring into my room where I had no problems before. He did come back and said it was fixed which after a while water started coming in again. I was not able to get hold of him after that.
Fast forward 2 years and 2 months later we had wind in January 2024, which took off the felt clean allowing water to come in and the ceiling in my room to collapsed. Everyone that look at the job commented on the poor workmanship. I now have to put on a new roof again. The 25 years guarantee he gave means nothing. The roof I had before lasted 26 years.
I've checked Company's House and it is showing the company has being dessolved. It also shows the company was only registered in November 2021 which is about the same time he did my roof.
My concerns are, that he will start up again under another name and do the same to someone else.
If Patrick Mccarthy comes knocking, don't be taken in by his charms unless you have money to waste.

Day light robbery from Everbuild Roofing and Building!!! We had some work done in November 2021 for a leak in our roof. We used Everbuild and they’ve charged us an extortionate amount of money. The leak is still present. And they promised 25 years guarantee and since December we have been trying to chase them but there’s no response!! Absolutely terrible service. B4 Everbuild roofing and building carry out full loft conversions they carry out full safety measures including full checks to the rafter structure beams on the property and also checking the main roof see is it structural safe

I was working as a labour as a young boy since 11 years old with my dad and now I have started my own business in 2009 I'm very happy with with my company and how far we have gone thanks for all the support and followers you have brought us a long long road only for you guys
