Dave played at my Mums 80th birthday party, on time, set was up was quick, sound was excellent. Kept us all dancing as well as playing my Mums playlist. Highly recommend.

Dave/Deejay Dubbles was a lot of fun - I gave him very little idea as to what music to play, but he handled the vibes and my drunken requests like a pro. The night covered Disco, R&B, Soul, Garage, Reggae, Dancehall, and House and nothing was too much for him.

Very communicative throughout the process too and always came back to my questions pretty quickly, or advise me what to ask of the venue in terms of the bits he'd need to get setup.

I've had DJs previously who only know how to play party tunes for a few hours before descending into what they want to play, but Dave matched his choice of records with the direction of the requests. We hired Dave for our wedding reception and everything went great - in short, he was brilliant!

The hiring process was simple via bark and most of our communications were via text or phone calls. He liaised with the venue directly, and after I'd sent through some playlists and ideas for the day, he sorted it and all the stress of booking entertainment went away.

Chilled-out beats during welcome drinks and dinner were perfect, with acoustic versions of great hits - just what we wanted. The reception was a mix of party classics like the cha cha slide (which my nan managed to dance to) to taking niche recommendations from drunk relatives. He even played Louis Dunford as a surprise just for my husband - he was thrilled!

The light set-up looked great in the small venue we booked and everyone commented what a 'nice guy the DJ was'. I highly recommend this company, and Dave, to anyone who wants to book someone professional and friendly.

If I ever plan another event (hopefully not a wedding), I know who to call.

We hired Dave to play at our wedding. From the off we knew he would be great. Communication, friendly, professional and s great sense of humour. Nothing was too much trouble. If we had an my questions he would come straight back to us. All his equipment was in good working order, he provides a billion different lights, light up dance floors etc. He certainly knows music and how to get a dance floor going.

From my initial conversations with him regarding our requirements to him actually DJIng at my wedding it was seamless and Deejay ensured all our requirements were met including our favourite choice of songs. Cant praise Dave enough! Turned up early to set up his kit, everyone liked the music selection, mucked in and took control of the barbecue, stayed to the very end of our party. I would recommend him A++++!

If you’ve clicked onto Dave’s profile, read his write up are checking out his reviews, honestly you do not need to worry about booking this guy! Dave was amazing from start to finish, polite, friendly, accommodating, extremely professional & 100% reliable.

I recognised the places he’d DJ at from my 20s and knew the music he would have played would have been exactly what I wanted for my 40th party. Pure reminiscence of all things hip hop, R&B, garage, house, funky but the list didn’t stop there! I also love current chart music, Afrobeat, Reggaeton plus I’m always conscious of my guests and what they might like so also had some 80s and indie chucked on the playlist too. Dave assured me that he’d be able to play exactly what I wanted. All well and good, however I also wanted to make sure Dave could mix too as there’s nothing worse than two tracks jumping on top of each other badly! He kindly sent me over some mixes on sound cloud and could he bloody mix, he was on another level of brilliance! Booking confirmed!

He also hires out photo booths, backdrops etc so I hired the selfie booth and backdrop which were a HUGE hit and I have some amazing pictures from the night sent in a link and soon to be USB!

Considering my event was 8pm-2am, Dave arrived at extremely early at 5:45 to ensure I could add my final touches to his backdrop, which meant he was at my venue for a considerable amount of time and he was so accommodating with this. He arrived, set up, sound checked and was good to go.

I also hired my go to singer & percussionist which Dave had spoken to in advance to ensure everyone was on the same page. They & they sax player all vibed so well and on the night they were seamless!

Dave shared my excitement along our two month journey despite my demands! I knew he’d be amazing but on the night he was incredible, out of this world, the dance floor didn’t stop and even made ‘the summer of 69’ requested my one of my guests fit into the genres above! He mixed afrobeat sounds into a house set that my percussionist was playing to, I mean this guy is unreal! I was bamboozled and please believe me when I say I am extremely picky, high maintenance and have very high expectations - Dave exceeded all my expectations and my night was beyond belief.

My singer & percussionist play at every event I host, it’s non negotiable they are my part of my party team, Dave is now part of that too. He will always be my DJ of choice and recommendation. Not only is he amazing at what he does he’s just the nicest guy too! I have no doubt that Dave would be able to play any genre of music for any age group and any party. If you’re looking for someone highly professional and skilled you will not regret booking Dave! He’s a legend!

I would like to say a great big thank you to Deejay Dubbles. For an amazing set at my wife and my birthday jam! It was such an amazing night!

Dave was great - I think we spoke about 2-3mths before my actual 40th birthday party and he just had the perfect grasp of al the genres I wanted, which spanned house, garage, reggae, Motown, disco, and 90s/00s hip-hop and RnB. I'd booked a private space out the back of pub and it's always risky when you have so many guests, because they might prefer the atmosphere in the pub if the music isn't up to scratch (they had a band and then a DJ playing) but, once he figured out how to engage the room (I wasn't much use in that department), the energy never dropped.

It's testament to his skills because several strangers repeatedly tried coming into the party "because the music is better here than in the pub".

Outside of that, his communication and professionalism was on point; confirmed booking swiftly, provided all relevant info when required by the pub and, turned up when promised to get setup.

I'd definitely book him again - even my fussy cousins were raving about him. Thanks again, Dave! More...

I was looking for a dj for my daughters 21st birthday and got a reply from dave . From the off he told me everything that was involved in the package. And the communication was first class . He turned up then asked my daughter what she wanted him to play . She said a bit of this and a bit of that but just do your own thing . Which he most definitely did .
