The look of amazement on clients faces during an event.

As an events manager at the Cabinet Office in Westminster, I realised I had found my true calling. I loved setting up high profile events for ministers and wanted to establish my own company where I could continue to so.

I have extensive experience in setting up high profile events in government. I plan a range of events from large weddings to birthday parties. I can work with almost any budget and I love a challenge probably from working with Ministers!

Let us plan your event while you sit back and enjoy!

Meet up for a FREE wedding planning consultation to discuss plans made and suppliers booked.

Visit / contact with venue and all suppliers to ensure all is on track, reconfirm final details, arrange all timings and organisational aspects of the day.

Visit to ceremony and reception venues to familiarise myself with the location and layout of the venue.

Produce a plan for the day in discussion with you and your suppliers which will act as the running schedule for the day.

Full use of Events By Charlene Emergency Bridal Kit.

Attendance on the day for at least 12 hours to ensure the smooth running of the day and to oversee all arrangements.​

​Ceremony management and set up – liaise with church/venue prior to the day and on the day, set up of order of service and other ceremony items, coordinate set up of flowers and musicians, deliver/ensure that personal flowers for the wedding party are in place, coordinate ushers/groomsmen with their duties.

Complete venue set up i.e. table plans, centre pieces, place cards, favours, gift table, photo displays and any other decorations.​

Provide assistance to the bridal and groomsmen parties and all guests​

Provide toastmaster announcements and co-ordinate supplier payments if needed.


Deal with any issues that arise discreetly and efficiently

Coordinate the order of the day including ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, speeches, cutting of the cake, first dance, etc

Tidying of bridal suite after use

Greet suppliers and instruct on timings, venue layout and where to set up

Coordination of post wedding day clear up and jobs – packing and tidying up, disposal of rubbish, supplier returns/collections.

Act as a first port of call for any questions or problems from suppliers or venue staff
