I’ve seen what my body and mind capable of with dedication and hard work and I want everyone to experience this amazing feeling.

Yes, I do 1:1 and online coaching too.
I use an app with my clients where I will send u your programme with video demonstrations so there is no guess work, you will know exactly what to do.
I am certified nutrition coach too and I will help you with your diet as well as it is a huge part of your fitness journey.
We will do weekly check in to keep you accountable and to see if we need to adjust something on your plans.
I am available 24/7 via whats app, you can text me anytime you have a question or you need some motivation.
