I turned into a therapist because of my brother’s long struggle of severe bipolar depression. Assisting him with his regular relapses and psychotic episodes for over a decade and searching for something to be able to help him led me to get trained in several therapeutic methods (Silva Method, CBT-based Hypnotherapy, Pragmatic Psychology, Neurofeedback) and finally came across Access Bars®.
