I wanted to order some flowers for my daughter in law and I wanted them delivered the next day; Saturday the 10th January 2015. Rather than go the obvious online route I wanted to talk to someone to give not only delivery details but my personal requirements.I surfed the net and found the phone number for this flower shop. I spoke to the most helpful lady who took all of my wishes on board, I don't know her name but she came from the Wirral (I phoned from Kent) she promised the flowers would be delivered on Saturday morning and they were :-) my daughter in law phoned me and said they were more than lovely they were just beautiful.Thank you so much, from a very satisfied customer.
