I was with Carlton for 5-6 months and I had made so much progression. Carlton's programme helped me to stay focused and push harder than I have before. Before he was my personal trainer, I had no clue how to use some of the weights effectively, however he taught me the correct form to carry them out and explained it all thoroughly. He is very energetic and enthusiastic. Even if you do not believe you can push yourself, Carlton keeps on believing in you and pushes you continuously. Carlton is the best trainer I have ever come across. I've struggled to lose weight throughout my life and its always caused me to have a lack of confidence with my body. I've been insecure and tried a lot of diets and PT's before, but without any success. Carlton not only helped me find a right diet for my needs which wasn't restrictive, but he pushed me through every session, making sure I never gave up. Yes. I can provide services online as well as in person. Online services are provided via Skype or Zoom calls.

If in person sessions within the gym, I ensure a safe environment with mask, sensitization and social distancing

3 times a week
All sessions must be completed within 3 months. Each session lasts for an hour.
