What inspired you to start your own business?
I’d always had the urge to work for myself so in 2018 I decided to take the plunge and I started Essex Gutters.
In the beginning, I got myself a gutter vac and started cleaning out gutters from my little Mini Cooper. I did that for a couple of months and then I finally worked my way up and I got myself a new van. I then started offering more cleaning services which I had plenty of experience due to the work I did at the previous company I had worked for.
Essex Gutters began to grow through word of mouth, and hopefully our professionalism, so I eventually had to employ another person to work with me and now Essex Gutters has turned out to be a very successful exterior cleaning company.
