Friday before last husband phoned to be told I am fitting a boiler will phone you when I have finished he never did. Now trying to imply my husband is senile by saying he told husband he could not come into us until the Thursday of the following week. What has happened to the team of engineers he states he has working for him? Having been here before he knew we are two elderly people and we had no hot water or heating not that Essex Solutions were bothered. It seems you only get a quick response from them if they have no bigger jobs to do. No customer service care at all. So remember you cannot rely on them at all. More...

Arrived promptly And on time, very personable and professional young man. He identified the issue and left to purchase the component required to fix the problem. He returned immediately and despite the time now being out of hours, he completed the task and we now have heating. There had previously been a shoddy electrical bodge, which he mended without question, by using the correct connection. Such a great service. I highly recommend using Essex Gas Solutions. great service! called yesterday said I had a slight leak on the boiler and also it needed a service and he said he could fit me in today which i didnt expect thought i would wait a week as not an emergency! simon gave me a courtesy call before arriving which was good, when arrived he fixed the leak and gave the boiler a service quickly and efficently and was also competetively priced. will definetely use again, highly recommended.
