Essex & Suffolk Limousine Hire

Hired a limo for an hour for our daughters 16th birthday, initially i found Phil's communication fine if not slightly sickly, but once he had our money and i asked him to add another pick up into the hour that we had hired him for he wanted more money. I found this unreasonable as the pickup was minutes away from what was the second pickup and rather short sighted as we will need to book another limo for a prom in another 6 months.

When Phil arrived at our house he had the bonnet of the limo up and needed us to supply him with water to stop the limo from over heating. We then followed the limousine without them knowing as we didn't want to risk the limo breaking down and them not reaching their destination.

When i collected the children from the restaurant they complained that the inside of the limo smelt of something resembling fish and they didn't use the glasses supplied for there drinks as they were dirty.

In short i would avoid this company! More...
