Essential Space

Myself and my daughter worked with Sarah to help us through a life changing trauma. Sarah helped me when I thought I was ok. .. but was actually broken. She helped with true empathy and patience, working though lots of mental well-being issues. I thought that no one would understand or want to help after the judgement and rejection that I had faced, as well as dealing with loss and unbelievable emotional turmoil and pain. With her help, she held both our hands and guided us through understanding the many hard situation and together we both started a new outlook and life. 5 years on, I know now how to cope better and my little girl is a happy one. We still have emotional scars that will never heal, but we grab life with both hands and are grateful for our life and the memories we make.
