I am the founder of Essence Wellbeing Service. My areas of expertise are Coaching, which is informed by NLP, CBT and DBT.

I work with individuals from 6 years up as well as adults. l a coach because I have seem the positive benefits I have seen coaching bring to individuals. The skills individuals can gain from working with a coach are skills that they can use in all areas of their life.

I was inspired to start my business because I wanted to use my skills as a coach and work in a way that reflex's my values working in a non-judgemental way, respecting everyone I work with and to be able to work in a holistic way.

My clients can respect treated with respect, dignity and as an individuals. The support will be tailor made to meet their needs . My clients are at the centre of the support and in control of their outcomes I enable this by providing my clients with a safe place to be listened to, and my client can bring any issue to the session and except non to be judged, but instead to be provided with a place where we can discover their solution and positive outcome.

My support is provided online, or over the phone, which provide my client with the comfort of having the sessions in a place and time that suits their needs.

All support take place on line or over the phone which enables the safety of my clients.

Children’s Mental Health:

There becomes a time in a young person’s life when they find themselves dealing with many demands and challenges, trying to discover where they fit in, dealing with internal and external expectations. All of which can result in the young person feeling lost, stuck or experiencing difficulties with their emotions and wellbeing, which at times can become overwhelming.

I support young people from 6 years of age onwards to thrive and develop skills that will last them for life. My support enables young people along with their families to build resilience to achieve positive outcomes to support their health and wellbeing.

- Support to understand and managing emotions

Most of us try to achieve a positive balance but a sometimes life event interrupts us from achieving our goals and balance.

Events such as managing bills; maintaining positive relationships; stresses from work and stress from trying to achieve a work-home life balance. You might find yourself in a caring role; supporting someone to maintain a positive life, however, forgetting to address your own needs. You might be struggling from a past event or be worried about what the future holds.
