What do you love most about your job?
Going to different properties and conducting reports alongside providing tenants, agents and landlords with a service they can trust.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to provide an inventory service that was different to the rest with a large focus on customer service and reliability. These are the areas that I felt were lacking in other companies eventhough these are the most important attributes required when undertaking this type of business. Therefore, I set out to start a company which would provide customers with an excellent service which they could trust.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are efficient, reliable and provide high quality reports. It is unlikely you will find a more competitively priced report and we also do not charge any VAT,

Yes we can provide our services remotely. Specifically, all our reports are sent electronically and all bookings can be done electronically. The only people who will not be working remotely are the clerks who will physically inspect the property.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our Staff wear Masks where appropriate and maintain social distancing. We also ensure that tenants have a choice as to being present at check out or collecting keys from a set location to abide by Covid-19 guidelines.
Inventory Reports
We provide inventory reports for all types of properties. We can also offer check in services which hand keys over to a tenant after the inventory has taken place.
Check Out Reports and Mid Term Inspections
We also provide Check Out Reports and Mid Term Inspections reports. Check Out reports are compared against the original inventory report to see whether there have been any changes to the state of the property and items within since the original check in. A Mid Term Inspection Report is undertaken mid way through a tenancy to check that everything is being kept in good condition.
